Open CPY.ini and make sure it shows the following: Settings.

Then go to C:ProgramDataTom Clancys Ghost Recon WildlandsUserData and copy the 4 save files from there Then go to: C:Users(Your User)DocumentsCPYSAVESPlayerUPLAYTom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildlands And post your 4 save files there.

I got the game to load properly after that.

I changed the CPY.ini to this one here exactly, created new saves folder named Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildlands and put the saves in there but it didnt work.

Using your method all its only giving me the option of starting a new campaign oh, and it changed the contents of the CPY.ini directory EDIT: I figured it out I had just created a new folder C:Users DocumentsCPYSAVESCPYUPLAYTom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildlands.
